SMALL GROUP PILATES
Let’s move together.
Pilates works the entire body starting from the core and building out. In Pilates we increase foundational strength, balance, and mobility with an emphasis on breath and core stability. Our instructors are also trained in other modalities (Barre, TRX, CORE, and Pilates with props) to help keep Pilates challenging and progressive.
This is a 45 minute intermediate class and recommended for those with previous Pilates or fitness experience.

This is a 45 minute beginner Pilates workout perfect for anyone new to fitness or Pilates.

Thursday Session. 10 Weeks. Jan 9-March 13
This is a 45 minute intermediate to advanced class that welcomes beginners. We ease in and ease out of this workout with gentle flowing stretches. We will incorporate powerful breath, body weight strength work that focuses on the core, and endurance strength work using light to medium weights. Perfect for anyone looking to get back into regular exercise with a focus on core strength, mobility, and total body strength and balance. We have a lot of fun!
