WORKING ALONGSIDE OTHERS TOWARDS THE SAME GOAL IS A UNIQUE AND INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE.
LIFT STRONG is a 10 week progressive strength training course that slowly builds intensity and challenge. The 10 week course includes weekly strength training homework and nutrition accountability. Participants commit to exercising outside of class 3 additional times during the week for 30-45 minutes.
LIFT STRONG closely mimics personal training with consistent coaching towards your strength goals.
Fitness testing is provided at the start and completion of the program.
Home equipment needed: free weights, loop band, long resistance band, large fitness ball, small pilates ball.
Nice to have: TRX Suspension Trainer
Limited to 5 participants in person.
