LET’S GET MOVING!
Pilates works the entire body starting from the core and building out. In Pilates we increase foundational strength, balance, and mobility with an emphasis on breath and core stability. Our instructors are also trained in other modalities (Barre, TRX, CORE, and Pilates with props) to help keep Pilates challenging and progressive.

This is a 45 minute beginner Pilates workout perfect for anyone new to fitness or Pilates.

THURSDAY CLASSES
This is a 45 minute postpartum focused Pilates workout perfect for anyone 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum. We will stretch areas that have become tight through pregnancy, and strengthen areas that need recovery. We will spend extra time chatting about abdominal separation and pelvic stability.

SATURDAY CLASSES
This is a 60 minute intermediate/advanced class that welcomes beginners. We ease in and ease out of this workout with gentle flowing stretches.
Saturday morning Session. 10 Weeks. March 15-May 17.
This is a 45 minute beginner/intermediate Pilates class that is the perfect start for anyone new or progressing in Pilates.
