PILATES DEMO CLASS 4/22
Are you curious about Pilates? This is a 45 minute beginner/intermediate demo class so that you can try out Pilates before we open enrollment for our summer session.
Pilates is for everyone!
We will ease in and ease out of this workout with gentle flowing stretches. We will incorporate powerful breath, body weight strength work that focuses on the core, and endurance strength work using light weights.
This is the perfect workout for anyone looking to get back into regular exercise and grow in consistency with a focus on core strength, mobility, and total body strength and balance.
