SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
10 WEEK SESSION
All the same benefits of personal training, but with the camaraderie of a small group. We will use weights, bands, and the TRX suspension trainer to progressively build strength and endurance. Each workout will build in challenge and intensity. Fitness testing at the start and finish provided. Weekly nutrition challenges provided.
