Virtual personal training is especially helpful for those with tight schedules, childcare needs, or those with a long commute.  It provides a high level of coaching from the comfort of your home.  

Virtual personal training provides you with a custom wellness plan that includes progressive strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance workouts that meet your unique lifestyle and wellness goals. 

Anna will also provide regular nutrition accountability and coaching on your journey to sustainable habits. 

Each monthly workout builds in both challenge and complexity. 

We will initially meet via zoom to discuss all your goals, lifestyle challenges, and to complete fitness assessments so that you are able to measure your progress over time.  

Every month we will meet for a coaching call where we will discuss successes, opportunities, and questions. 

Your workouts will be updated with new challenges on a monthly basis (sometimes more frequently if needed). 

Weekly we will check in through text.

Equipment required:  we will work with whatever equipment you have available to you.  Resistance bands and weights are usually helpful.
